These Terms of Use set out the conditions on which you may access and interact with the Orivan interface and any related documentation, tools, or services. Please read them carefully before using the product.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Orivan interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the interface.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the interface following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be a person barred from using blockchain-based services under applicable laws. By using the interface, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where access to the interface is prohibited or restricted.
3. Use of the Service
The interface provides a non-custodial front-end that helps you interact with smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and any transactions you choose to submit. We do not take custody of your assets and cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions on your behalf.
You agree not to misuse the interface, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
4. Risks
Interacting with blockchain networks and experimental software involves significant risk, including the potential total loss of funds, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and volatility. You accept these risks and acknowledge that you use the interface at your own discretion and risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the interface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or assets, arising from your use of or inability to use the interface.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the interface at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the features we offer. The most current version will always be available on this page.
