Orivan is an experimental privacy layer for USDG and tokenized equities. The protocol combines a commitment pool, zero-knowledge state transitions, one-time stealth addresses and gasless claims.

01 · Mission

Private finance, without the custody tradeoff.

Make private, selectively auditable on-chain finance the default — without sending users back to custodial infrastructure.

02 · The problem

Public settlement reveals more than intent.

Public settlement exposes treasury movements, payroll, positions and counterparties permanently. Orivan is being specified around confidential state transitions that keep ownership and control with the user.
